The APEX update has been completed on the ERDS & G2G platforms and post-deployment testing was successful.

Please make sure you are using the latest client (2.2.9750.870) when logging into APEX. 

Reminder, The client now include the .gov platforms.  These will only work if your IT has already completed he firewall changes necesary to access the certna.ca.gov URLs.    If they have update the Firewall, you may switch to the .gov platforms at any time.

CeRTNA will be deploying an APEX update this weekend. (9/19/2026 - 9/20/2026)

This deployment includes the following updates:

• .gov Platform:
  • New Platform options to support the certna.ca.gov Platform
  • Make sure your firewall rules are updated before attempting to use these update platform options
• Enhanced connectivity logging
  • Connectivity Checks lgged in detail for improved troubleshooting
  • HTTP request logging for improved client diagnostics
• Reduced HTTP connections
  • optimized client http requests to reduce network and server load
• Server side URL customization enabled
  • Host servers no longer required to maintain active SSL cert as HTTPS is offloaded to Firewall.
  • Payload services can connect to internal server IP rather than external hostnames
• Bug Fixes:
  • Admin COI upload fixed
